Ethias has entrusted us with consulting services that focus on three key areas: taxonomy, decarbonisation, and comfort & well-being. 

Together, we aim to elevate the building’s performance and sustainability. 

Here’s a look at the services we’ll be providing:

✅ Taxonomy Alignment Assessment including: Energy Scan and EPB Impact + Climate Risk Assessment

✅ CRREM Curve Analysis

✅ Comfort & Well-being Initiatives: BREEAM In Use & WELL Pre-assessment

Our building assessment will result in a series of actionable and pragmatic recommendations, including estimated CAPEX, KWh/CO2 savings.

We’re excited to work together with Ethias to accelerate building renovation, paving the way for a greener future, while setting new benchmarks for occupant comfort.
